What we collect
We collect the information you provide at checkout — your name, email, shipping address, and payment details — to process and deliver your order.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfill orders, send shipping updates, respond to support requests, and (only if you opt in) send occasional emails about new products.
Payment security
All payments are processed through Wix's encrypted checkout. We never see, store, or handle your full card details.
Sharing your data
We never sell your data. We share only what's necessary to ship your order — your name and address with our shipping carrier.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@luminara.com.
