How to start a return
Email hello@luminara.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you a return label and instructions within 24 hours.
Refund timing
Once we receive your returned item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the item.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, certain personal-care items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. We'll always make it right.
