Shipping Policy
Processing time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard shipping delivers in 3–7 business days within the United States. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.95. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also track any order anytime on our Track Order page using your order number and email.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days, contact us at hello@luminara.com and we'll sort it out right away.
